Do I need a CJdropshipping account?+
Yes — completely free. CJdropshipping charges nothing to sign up or use their API. You only pay supplier price when fulfilling an order. No monthly fee.
What happens when a buyer orders?+
The sale shows in your dashboard with eBay price and CJ cost. Click "Buy from CJ" — we place the order. CJ ships directly to your buyer. You keep the difference.
Does tracking push to eBay automatically?+
Yes. Once CJ provides a tracking number, EasyResell.ai pushes it to your eBay order automatically. Your buyer gets notified without you doing anything.
How are my API keys stored?+
All eBay OAuth tokens and CJ credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC before being stored. They are never readable in plain text, even by us.
Can I cancel Pro any time?+
Yes. Cancel from your billing portal at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.

Every endpoint requires a signed JWT token. Rate limiting on all routes. Passwords hashed with bcrypt cost 12.

We do not sell your data. We do not use buyer addresses beyond active order fulfillment.

Sales are imported automatically from eBay. Duplicate orders are prevented with idempotency keys — no webhook setup required.

Pro plan billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Lifetime is a one-time payment. Refunds available within 14 days for monthly/yearly. Lifetime non-refundable after 30 days.

5. Limitation of liability

EasyResell.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for delays caused by eBay or CJdropshipping APIs, supplier shipping delays, or eBay policy changes. Total liability limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
